As you all know safety awareness is lacking in Malaysia. Most Malaysian always think that safety is like a security guard. However, being an occupational safety and health is not as easy as it sounds. Safety awareness is the starting point to accident prevention. Here we will focus on accidents that may occur in your workplace and equipment that we must wear to prevent the accidents. Moreover,
there are some safety policies that required training, the use of administrative controls, hazard isolation, locking, warnings, signs, and symbols marking hazards, etc. Furthermore, the prevention of slips, trips, and fall incidents is also important. People are encouraged to learn how to avoid hazards and keep lines of communication open between each other on identifying the hazards.

Being constantly aware of how they’re operating at work and being able to recognize hazards is critical in mitigating safety-related risks.
